How to connect to Cloudera VM using putty
To access the virtual machine need to set in network adaptor.
GO to machine --> setting --> network --> adapter2
if your virtual machine is running you can't perform the modification in the setting.
To perform the changes close the virtual machine by send shutdown signal
now again go to machine --> setting --> network --> adapter2 now you will be able to do changes.
go to adapter 2 and set host only adapter and click ok
now start your virtual machine.
and login as root user then perform ifconfig command in CLI here you will get eth1 address
now go to the putty or Mobaxtrem and establish SSH connection. put the hostname and port number.
